From San Diego ComicCon 2003 I think:

The girls above did an awsome job with their costumes just one thing I think Abby's pants are supposed to be green & Black as opposed to green & blue, what do you guys think?

The comic has Abby in black and green - although I think in some panels of the comic, the black looks blue, which may be the reason for the blue/green combo.

MacFarlane did the action figures of the Danger Girls, and if I recall Abby's, they had her in just green pants but I will need to dig the figure out of storage to check.
