Hey guys,

Your TL is back from the dead to organize the next upcoming con for you guys: Farpoint.

I'll be going, in costume, as usual. I wanted to finish the Nirrti by then, but funds and resources and not to mention time have prevented me from living my dream. So I'll have the Nox and the BDU's and probably my 1969, though I'm not sure if i'm wearing that wig again. LOL.

Ok, what I would like from everyone in SG-2 is:

**a response from all those who are going
**what costume(s) you'll be bringing
**If you're willing to volunteer time at the table and
**What you'll be able to donate to the table for display, if anything.

Dion and I will be staying at the con an extra day, we will not be leaving until Monday morning. Is anyone else planning on using the holiday to stay an extra night? If so, let me know so we can all plan.

We will have a fan table on both Saturday and Sunday and I would like to meet up for a group photo on Saturday late afternoon, after the table can be shut down, or so.

I'm really sorry for my absence as of late, but as you probably guessed by now, i have no excuse. Other than being insanely busy and stressed. I do hope to snap back into things if I can. For now, I am really look forward to seeing some of you again at the con.

Due to my schedule of events, I will unfortunately not be able to make it to the event. Hope you guys have a wonderful time, though!

I'll be there. I'll have my black BDU's and my Atlantis gear. I should be able to help at the table. I'll see what I can bring for the table.

I'll be there for a dual purpose drumming up buzz for SciFiHero.net and for Dark Ops.

And of course, I'll be there as well, with my better half

I'll have my SG Desert BDU's as well as my Atlantis Desert Digital BDUs to wear.

I'm hoping Zippy can make it as well! I'm sure he'll chime in soon.

I am going to make it down there. I will be only be there till Sunday though. I will have my Special Ops Gear, and will be able to help out at the table.

I will be there, of course ^^ And staying the extra day.

Planning to have my Navy Garrison BDUs, my Stargate chick variant outfit, and possibly an Aeryn (Farscape) outfit. I really wanted to have an Atlantis outfit done, but my jacket has yet to materialize in the mail...

Glad to volunteer at the table. Summer was the only one I wanted to see and since she's out, I've got nothing else planned, except for a trip to the merch room and hanging out with everyone

Hey Nate.. you ready for round 2 in the Cheeburger Cheeburger Challange? Hopefully this time you won't turn green!

Yea why not. After all that's how I earned the name Mad Cow. I'm up for that challange.

I am making the trip up. I am in the costume wars. Uniform unknown for now.

Do to things beyond our control; the powers that be at Farpoint will not play the Dark Operations trailer during the intermission of Masquerade. The good news is the trailer will be playing at the Dark Ops table all weekend long so stop by. We will also be offering convention exclusive discounts on tickets.

Just a little update. Zippy has told me he will be attending! Woohoo! Unless there are any unforseen circumstances, he will be there

Aaaaand, as I understand it, our Founder, Dan Kim will be there as well

Hopefully I will be in the challenge this year.

Anyone who wants to do it can certainly join in with us.

Last year I will say Zippy was the winner at our table. He clearly at the 1lb Cheeseburger like it was finger good, and then finished off his fries to boot!

The countdown for Farpoint is almost over! Can't wait to get back to the con, and see those HIDEOUSLY UGLY carpets again!

Just a reminder guys, we will have a fan table for Farpoint. So if you'd like to bring anything to put on the table (a prop for example) then please do so.

Also, we'll meet up at the convention (it's not that big that we wont run into each other) on Friday and we'll see what time folks can man the table.

I secured a dealers table at Farpoint this year (very last minute) and Mindy is coming with me as well. We will be arriving very late on Thursday night, so we will hopefully see you guys on Friday morning!

I just made reservations at the Marriott for $129.00 a night (3 nights) this is 2 Queen/full size beds, internet room. What is the other room and how much?

It might be the exact same thing. I don't know for sure. A friend left me a voicemail the other day saying she had an extra room.

I really enjoyed hanging out with all of you guys this weekend. It was good to finally meet Dan and Mindy.

Hey Gang, I had a blast getting the chance to hang with you guys again. As always it was fun. Dan and Mindy thank you for the invite to dinner on Friday.

I hopefully will have that info for Dan in the next day or so. I'm realy glad to see the intrest in helping make Dark Operations stand out is growing.

Hey it was fun meeting you guys. The trip home was very eventful with fallen asleep while driving and getting towed home while I sleep.

Hi guys! I had a great time and it was nice meeting up with people I've met before and getting to know some new people. I'll have photos and a con report up soon and I'll post again with the links when they're up.
