Anyone know where I can get the green (OD) Velcro in Denver? I've been to two fabric stores and a Military Surplus store and the only colors I can find are black and white.

I am needing some too, I found Tan today if I find some OD I will let you know

I live in Denver and have been on the same search you are on. Never did find any wide green velco in Denver. We ordered it online.

PM Dan (lostncybr), he keeps plenty of green velcro on hand and he can sell whatever amount you need.

how large a piece of OD velcro do you need? and which side (hook or loop?)

I have a bunch of strips (one foot long, three inches wide) of OD loop velcro from an earlier team order for patches - I also ordered all the velcro for them (black hook, OD loop) from nametags4u....

most of the team picked up their patches, but not the velcro, so I have lots of strips left over but only in the above combination (I do NOT have black loop or OD hook)

let me know if what I have is what you need and we can talk (and I'm in Denver!)

if you have trouble finding green, i know you can get an OD permanant marker and then colour the white velcro-- this is a good temporary fix even while you are waiting for some OD velcro to come your way!

I wouldn't trust nametags4u.com for velcro if my ass was packed with firecrackers and I was forced to sit over a flaming Hibachi. It took them close to Three MONTHS to even acknowledge that I had placed an order with them for velcro, and when they finally did, they said that I had recieved it already which I hadn't. They're good for NAMETAGS, and that's about it. Velcro? PASS.

As I mentioned before, the only person/place you need to go/talk to for all of your velcro needs is Dan (lostncybr). He always has huge rolls on hand and as long as you're not talking about miles of velcro he can provide with all of the velcro (and patches) you need. The good thing about going through Dan is that he's reliable and his prices are very reasonable (you'll have to ask him how much he charges for velcro). Just drop him a PM and he'll be more than happy to help you.

Oh, I went round and round with nametags4u on my velcro order -

I had ordered something like two dozen foot long strips of black hook, OD loop and got initially, TAN hook and loop - called them and sent the tan hook and loops back back

they sent me OD hook and black loop - had to call and send those back again

finally on the third shipment, got my black hook and OD loop -

by that time, my team members had picked up the patches, and went elsewhere to get the velcro (or just went ahead and sewed the patches directly onto the shirts/jackets and skipped using velcro entirely)

by way of apology for the mixup, nametags4u supposedly gave me store credit, which is applicable for my next order...

I'll bring a few feet of 4" wide OD Green (hook and loop), some Tan (hook and loop), black (hook and loop), and Navy loop with Blue hook with me to Starfest.
