Hello everyone,

I had a ton of different costuming projects that I wanted to do this year, so I never did anything from stargate (even though I wanted to) but high on my list of upcoming projects is a new Atlantis uniform. My old one kinda sucked, I made it last year in a bit of a rush. I always meant to go back and re-do it, but I like the new ones, so I'm going to work on one of those instead.

I was hoping to find others as equally obsessed about the details as me. Looks like I've found them! lol I think I'll like it here

I've been working on the mock up for my new one, and so far it's going well. I've got the basic shell, now I just need to work out the exact placement of all the details.

What else can I say, I'm a costume addict. lol There are always a few things on my list. Some new Star Wars costumes coming up soon, maybe some more superhero stuff too. The order is always getting shuffled around.

Thanks Stitch! I know it sounds insane, but I actually enjoyed working out the seam placements and doing the top stitching. It was that pocket on the sleeve and the cuffs that bothered me though. I ran out of time to do the elastic on the bottom of the jacket too. Your jackets are much nicer than mine!

I'm not sure when I'll get my uniform done. I would love to apply when I do though! I'm trying to rally up support in oz to have an Atlantis group at a convention I'm going to next April. One of my friends is already working on a design for her own Wraith! I'm hoping to gather a few other people in uniforms as well, though I'll probably find myself helping them or making them. lol Wish me luck!
