So is the Team still doing a fan table at Cosine? Also what about the proposed meeting on Saturday?

I believe Tillie and a couple others are coming for Cosine and a meeting was set, no specifics given yet. A few of us may carpool down for the meeting.

I was possibly going to help with the fan table if the is going to be one. Its getting kinda late to make the plans. I was planning to bring my Jaffa Staff and hang out for awhile on Saturday but Sunday is SuperBowl so I dont know if I will make it for that day. I was hoping to hear some definate plans before now about the meeting, most of my days off are spent working on a Storm Commando armor set for my daughter that I am hoping to have completed by StarFest. How about yourself are you planning to make the meeting if there is one?

I definitely think there will be a table and that Tillie if for sure coming. I think the meeting was going to be Sunday. I had hope to try to get down for the meeting but the superbowl thing is getting in the way. I am invited to a party so I am I probably won't be down.

I too am spending all my free time on costumes I want ready for Starfest. Storm Commando armor sounds interesting, lucky daughter. I am working on a BSG costume.

It seems that we can't seem to have a joint team meeting between the Denver and the Colorado Springs folks since people from different areas can only make it on certain days - Sundays for Denver members, Saturdays for Colorado Springs

so, I'm calling for a general team meeting at 1 p.m. Sunday at CoSine - if the Colorado Springs folks can make it then, great - if not, Jerry, Michelle and I will meet with the Springs folks on Saturday at 1 p.m. also at CoSine...

I'm having the person in charge of programming for Denvention meet with the team on Sunday, since most of the folks who are involved with the Stargate bootcamp will be coming down that day...

for the Denver folks who can't come down to Colorado Springs at all that weekend, we have another meeting on Sunday, Feb. 10 at Paige's place - hopefully, we will be working on our second Stargate at that time...
