ATTENTION ON DECK!

Effective at 12:01 AM Central Time Zone on April 9th, 2008, by unanimous vote, Ed O'Connell (aka The Reaper) has been elected to serve as the Team Leader for SG-2.

SG-2 has been a primeire team for over 7 years under the leadership of Tanya (aka SciFiSpirit) and we have every confidence that Ed will continue that legacy and build on it in the future.

Congratulations Ed!

Your first order of business will be to appoint or reconfirm your Assistant Team Leader (ATL), Squadron Leader (SL), and Detachment Leaders (DL) as wels as SG-2's Membership Officer.

Thank you Sir for making the official announcement. I'll strive to live up to the example Tanya set leading the team to this point.

To everyone else, the executions will now begin. I'll not have any holdovers from the former command aqllowed to live...

Oh wait, wrong speach. Yeah, I haven't taken over that small island country yet.

A formal announcemtne on the command staff will be made when I get home from work tonight, but I can tell you, other then me, there will be very few changes. But there are still holes in the staff. As much as I love Katie, She's no longer in SG2 (formally, since she will always be an honorary member as long as I'm around) So I'll need an ATL. Squadron Leader, Moral Officer and Membership officer will be unchanged. Why fix what's not broken.

I also need to look at our official numbers and locations and see about detachment leaders. Where and who would be interested.

After that, we, as a group should look into what events are coming up, what kind of showing we can have for the events and some recruiting stratagies.

I need to get with our membership officer and have an official roster made up and posted (probably in the protected forums) And list what costumes we all have.

And I can not stressd enough, if you have an idea, speak up, I want to hear them all!!!
