Hello Chris,
During the past 28 hours the Web04 server which you have an account on has been under a distributed denial of service attack. We have successfully defended the attack over the time frame but it has resulted in slower performance of the web server. Typical attacks do not last very long and we are hoping it will subside by mid day Sunday. In the case it doesn't, if you like what we can do is move your entire account to one of our other web servers. Once this move is completed all your account information as it is will be transferred to the new server. Your PC/Mac may have the previous server's IP cached so you will want to restart your system or wait for the IP update to take place. If you would like us move your account to another server let us know via a support ticket and we will gladly do that for you.
We should be ok now. I see the site is moving again.
