I can't vouch for the accuracy as I'm not into Halo costuming. But saw this and thought I would post it up.

Do not get this, its not a good suit at all. Its a cheap plastic helmet, gauntlets and hand plates the rest of it is a suit. Its also not the right proportions either most people working on arm just laugh at this this Armour is also cheaply made you could buy a wesfield suit that is better than this or like me and make your own. So sorry to burst this armor bubble.

Thanks for the update Johnny! I knew you'd chime in to give us a review. wink.gif Better to educate everyone before someone makes a big mistake and gets one of these.

But the question is, how good is it for the money? Sure you could buy better but how much more is it going to cost you? What if you don't have the money for better and don't have the skills/talent to make your own? To me, for the money it doesn't look too bad and it certainly beats the $30 & $80 versions although the other two are far more affordable.

well here is the other thing about it , its not the standard Mark VI armor its the EVA armor and really not a good likeness of it. But if you had a Grand and wanted it you could buy this or go to westfield for a set of standard MARK VI armor.

That depends, is it a matter of paying around the same amount give or take a few dollars or is it a matter of another couple hundred dollars? For the casual fan whose not a hardcore costumer and can't afford much more than this costume it might be good enough and not spending extra money on. Without a price for the Westfield armor (and a link to their site for that matter) it's kind of hard to make a proper comparison as far as value goes.

I'd like to see the results.

Also I heard the helmets got redone, so that they are not full see through faceshield.
