OK.. I went back over the posts and we are missing some brands. I know I have seen some of you wearing the right stuff so someone should know brands. What I am looking for is the brand for the gloves and leg armor.

The gloves haven't been IDed as far as I know. I'm still looking for some close enough versions.

Someone should post info on the shin armor soon.

Don't know if mine are exactly 'the ones,' but they're pretty close. I DO, however, wish mine were bigger.. Im wearing like a small or a really big kid's version, so they don't exactly fit me as I'd like them to, but they were All Stars.

Here, check these out, it's currently an active sell, so if ya want them, act fast. You'd just have to remove the bottom part which isn't all that hard, but it has the 3 boxes on the main part of the shin.

The gloves were pretty much generic motorcycle gloves, we found a bunch at a surplus store years back. I think I have a couple of pairs in a box some where.

Also, if the glove don't fit, you don't have to aquit! You can remove the liner and still be canon The actors had them removed after a few episodes because they made their hands sweaty.

If I can ever find a 'small' in what I have, I'd be more than willing to part with the mediums that I currently have. I did remove the liner and now have a ton of room..hahaha, So.. If you guys happen to find some out there in Small, fear not and just Let me know, cause the Mediums w/o the liner act more like a large and I'd be happy to swap 'em.

Heh, the Mediums without liner fit me okay. Do you have a picture of the back of yours (top of the hand)?

Simon found some on eBay a while back that look pretty much accurate. He said the only designation they had was a label in Italian.
He thought they were a women's glove of some type but he didn't know any more about them.

The gloves we're looking for maybe an older make of Olympia, i've not been
able to find many brands with the ribbing on the back and the "finger plates"
Olympia seem to use these features a lot.....

The Olympia gloves I was looking at as well. I was also considering a police short glove
which again has the correct style fingers, but the back armor is totally wrong, and the
cuffs on the wrist are too short (almost nonexiatant really).

Older style of course, which are no longer manufactured. I hope to have an

Alright, so I STILL haven't filled in those holes from where I removed the patch, so, if/when you see the tiny-tiny little holes in a nice square pattern, yeah.. That's what that is. I have some great stuff that will fix it up in a jiffy, I've just been super busy lately. Anyway, this is my "close" gloves.

totally noticed something in your pic.. if you go up a couple posts to the catches set I linked to a current ebay auction.. those ARE the same.. I didnt think they kept the funky bottom bottom around the ankles, but look close.. They left them on.. so those ARE accurate. Just a heads up

Regarding your gloves, wow, those are close. I haven't seen anything as close as those yet, not even that same style.

Well, lost out on the padding set with the black shin guards.

However, in my desperate searching I found some that look to be pretty close to
the correct style (or 90% close) just in the wrong (*Cough*Needs Krylon Black*Cough*)
color.

They're made by All-Star and the model number is: LGU313, Grey color.

so i went out to a motorcycle wreckage yard today, while waiting for them to pull parts, nuts and bolts for my bike i proceeded to ask a crap load of questions about gettin old sidi boots, ufo armour, yadda yadda and after abuncha "no" "no" "no" i started twirling thru there triple high swivel rack of gloves........................... i think i found 3 pairs. i ended up getting side tracked by my new "used" ignition coils and plug wires- but they were like 32.00 bucks apair. they had the 3 pads on the fingers with the ribbing on the back, and i think they had the "slant" cut on the corner of the ribs. i know for sure they had an xxl i think an xl and im thinkin a medium. next time i go back out i will make sure to get more info if any one is interested.

Correct style! I've been POed ever since I lost that black set on eBay for such a piddley amount.

Obviously they're the wrong color, so that will be remedied shortly after arrival.
