I'm new so thought I'd contribute something. Also, I'm not sure if this classes as a spoiler, so I'll play it safe.
While it's not as obvious as the new costume, logo and TARDIS design, Matt Smith has been photographed with what looks like a new version of the sonic screwdriver. It's not 100% confirmed that's what it is but with Steven Moffat's ethos for the new series (it's even billed on the clapper boards on-set as 'series 1') it's probably very likely it has been redesigned.
