The Team Leaders have authority to choose who will be allowed into their team. This includes removal of a member (AKA banning), so long as the reason is not based on a members race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, military status, national origin, or behavior (including banned status) on other boards. However if the reason for being banned from another site is due to illegal activities on other sites or in the real world, those would be considered legitimate reasons for a banning from a team and potentially the SciFiHero.NET sites.

It is possible for a member to be banned from a Team, but not banned from the SciFiHero.NET organization. If this happens, those persons can join another team with the approval of that team's Team Leader.
