TIME SCHEDULE FOR ELECTING REGIONAL TEAM LEADERS:

First Saturday at 12:01 AM CST in November, Candidates can run for the Team Leader position.

Second Saturday at 12:01 AM CST in November, Primary polls will open for all qualified Candidates.

Third Saturday at 12:01 AM CST in November, Primary polls will be closed and voter validation will take place. Top two highest number of votes wins.

Fourth Monday at 12:01 AM CST in November, the top two candidates from the Primary polls will be announced.

Fourth Saturday at 12:01 AM CST in November, election polls will open to vote on the top two Candidates.

First Saturday at 12:01 AM CST in December, election polls will close and vote validation will take place. Simple majority wins.

Second Monday at 12:01 AM CST in December, Newly elected Team Leader for the next year will be announced.

January 1st at 12:01 AM CST, the newly elected Team Leader official takes control over the team.


TEAM LEADER'S TERM OF OFFICE:

The Team Leader's term of office is 1 calendar year, unless they are unable to complete their duties, recalled, removed or resigns.


OTHER TEAM OFFICERS:

All other team leadership positions are appointed by the Team Leader with the approval of the Team Commandant for the same duration of the Team Leader, or earlier at the Team Leader's discretion or by order of the Team Commandant.
