TEAM LEADER RECALL:

Members of a Team can petition the Team Leadership Council for the recall of their Team Leader for the following reasons:
1) Failure to discharge their assigned duties.
2) Failure to represent the members' interests to the Team Leadership Council.
3) Failure to follow the editics and orders of the Team Leadership Council and Team Commandant.
4) Conduct Unbecoming a Team Officer.

The petition has to have the signatures of at least 25% of the Team's Full Members and is submitted to the Team Commandant in writing or in electronic form.


NO CONFIDENCE VOTE BY TEAM MEMBERS:

Members can also remove a Team Leader directly by having a No Confidence Vote. A vote of 33% + 1 to 50% will bring the Team Leader before the Team Leadership Council for a Peer Review and No Confidence vote, with 50% + 1 of the TLC voting to remove necessary for removal. A vote of 50% + 1 to 66% + 1 votes would bring about the immediate removal of the Team Leader with the approval of Team Commandant. A vote of 66% +1 will bring about the immediate removal of the Team Leader.


NO CONFIDNECE VOTE BY TEAM LEADERSHIP COUNCIL:

The Team Leadership Council can also remove a Team Leader Directly by having a TLC No Confidence Vote. 66% + 1, have to agree to have the remove the Team Leader from their role on the Team.


REMOVAL BY THE TEAM COMMANDANT:

The Team Commandant with agreement from the Site Administrator, can remove a team leader for any of the following:
1) Failure to discharge their assigned duties.
2) Failure to represent the members' interests to the Team Leadership Council.
3) Failure to follow the editics and orders of the Team Leadership Council and Team Commandant.
4) Conduct Unbecoming a Team Officer.


APPEALS:

All Team Leader removals can be overturned by a vote of the Executive Council to overturn the decision if 66%+1 are in agreement.
