The Russians look like they're probably using standard Russian issue gear or at least uniforms. Can't tell on the Ghost Recon guys, too quick and dark.

Looks like the Ghost "classical" gearn, available on eBay in some airsoft combat gears shops, are replaced by brand new equipment and body armor.

I just grabbed a bunch of screen caps of the video and have posted them to Dan's Photobucket album for reference.
